面向再制造的产品可靠性分析模型构建方法研究

摘    要:提高再制造产品的质量及可靠性是再制造工艺过程中的一个重要环节。基于再制造设计原理,针对再制造需重用资源和节约成本等问题,将故障树模型和分层多级递阶表示方法结合在一起,构建了多级再制造可靠性分析知识库MRAK,该模型作为可靠性分析和计算的基础,是重要的数据来源。它可以辅助开发人员在再制遗产品设计阶段及时、准确的分析出产品可能存在的薄弱环节,为进一步产品再制造可靠性设计奠定了基础。并在最后给出了相应的应用实例。

Abstract:To improve the quality and reliability is an important part of remanufacturing processes. Aiming at remanufacturing processes, resource reuse and cost savings, multi-level hierarchical method is applied to build the Multilevel Remanufacturing Reliability Analysis Knowledge Base (MRAK) based on fault-tree model, which is the important data to analyze and compute reliability, and can help development personnel analyzing possible weakness of product in time and carrying out reliability design further in the early stage of product remanufacturing. Finally, an instance is analyzed.
