| 摘 要： | 作为“金属冷凝、加热过程数学模型研究”的一部分,本文根据水平连铸工艺特点,建立了坯壳应力数学模型。推导了结晶器内、外坯壳应力解,定量地分析了各种工艺参数对坯壳应力状态的影响。评价了引锭力对不同厚度坯壳的作用程度,并初步提出了改善坯壳应力状态的途径和措施。

| Abstract: | As a part of the study on Mathematical Models of Solidification and Heat-ing Processes, the paper develops a mathematical model of stress in strand shellin accordance with the features of horizontal continuous casting process. Solu-tions to the stresses both inside and outside mould are thus obtained, with theinfluences of various technological parameters on the stress field in strandshell quantitatively discussed.Appraising the effect of withdrawal force on thestrand shell of different thicknesses, measures to be taken for improving stresscondition in strand shell are suggested preliminarily. |
