班级管理中座位编排的常见问题及改善策略

摘    要:班级管理中科学编排学生座位,有利于加强教学管理,优化学生素质。座位编排中的常见问题有空间分布上的男女分开、同质同桌、按等排位和唯身高论,以及时间维度上的稳定式和多变式。要科学地编排座位,如下一些策略可资利用:班级层面的学生整体流动策略、小团体层面的瓦解不良团体策略、同桌层面的有利同桌帮带策略。

Abstract:Scientific arrangement of seats in class management does good to strengthen teaching management and optimize the quality of students. Problems arising from seats arrangement are males and females spatially separated, the same quality seated together, seated according to grades in the class, seated based on height only or keeping stable and changed as time varies. To arrange seats scientifically, the following strategies can be employed: strategy allowing the students' whole fluid as a class, strategy disintegrating the unhealthy group from the point of view of small group, co-desk helping strategy.
