摘    要:借鉴快速成形技术中的分层切片思想,针对立体光刻(STL)表面模型,提出一种高效、稳定的三维网格自动生成算法.首先,将STL模型沿Z向剖切成叠层的二维切片环;然后,采用水平扫描线算法离散各层二维环区域,生成均匀、连通的矩形网格;最后,将各层中所含的小矩形沿Z向拉伸至各自上一层高度,从而将表面模型重构为立方单元组成的三维网格.实际算例显示:基于该算法的三维网格自动生成程序可以在保证网格高精度的前提下,有效地提高计算效率,并降低空间复杂度.

Abstract:An efficient and steady algorithm was proposed to generate automatically three-dimensional meshes for stereo lithography (STL) surface models. STL model was sliced along Z axis to shape overlapped two-dimensional slice rings. The rings on every layer were meshed by the horizontal scanning line algorithm to make some even connective rectangular meshes. All the small rectangular meshes in every layer were extruded the height of next layer, and the surface model was turned into a three-dimensional cuboid mesh model. The practical examples showed that the auto-generating program based on this arithmetic could decrease the time of mesh process, and save the needed memory with the high mesh precision.
