一种新型算法在气动伺服阀中的应用

摘    要:针对一种由音圈电机直接驱动单级气动伺服阀的结构特点和工作原理,提出了数字控制算法,算法由计算迟延补偿器和干扰观测器组成,用来实现阀的高频率、高精度流量控制.实验研究表明,采用数字控制的新型气动伺服阀的动态特性和控制精度优于传统的喷嘴—挡板型二级气动伺服阀,阀的固有频率可达300Hz.

Abstract:Aiming at the structure and working principle of single-stage pneumatic servo valve (SPSV) driven directly by voice coil actuator,a digital control algorithm is proposed to achieve high frequency,high-precision flow control.The algorithm is composed of a calculation delay compensator and an interference observer.Research experiments show that the new pneumatic servo valve based on digital control is better than the traditional nozzle-baffle type 2 pneumatic servo valve in its dynamic nature and precision control.The natural frequency of the valve can reach up to 300 Hz.
