中原经济区新型城镇化群众体育发展策略研究

目的研究中原经济区新型城镇化建设中以河南省为主体的新型农村社区群众体育发展的有关问题,并对未来发展提出一些建设性的意见。方法参考已有中原经济区新型城镇化群众体育研究相关文献,并结合实地考察进行分析研究,寻找存在的相关问题,指出解决办法。结果中原经济区农村社区群众体育人才短缺,组织管理松散,体育活动资金投入紧缺,是造成难以健康发展的主要障碍。解决对策应该是完善城镇化社区体育服务体系,加大经费投入,发展农村社区群众体育基础设施,建立以体育教师为主导的农村社区群众体育服务体系,引导中原经济区新型城镇化中新型农村社区群众体育健康发展。结论人才培养是基础,经费投入、建立和完善服务体系是促进农村社区群众体育持久健康发展的基本保障。

The development strategies for the mass sports during the new urbanization in Central Plains Economic Zone,China

Objective-To study the issues and ment in rural areas during the new urbanization in the direction of the new community sports develop the Central Plains Economic Zone with Henan Prov ince, China as the main body and propose the effective strategies for the future development. Methods-The relevant problems that exists in the current mass sports was found with the reference of the related literature concerning the mass sports during the new urbanization in Central Plains Eco nomic Zone and in combination with the analysis and study of on-the-spot investigation and then the solutions are put forward. Results-The main obstacles to the healthy development of mass sports are the shortages of sports talents in the rural communities ganization and management as well as the short supply of the Central Plains Economic Zone, loose or of investment in sports activities, thus the so lution for them is to perfect the service system of community sports during new urbanization, increase the investment in mass sports, develop the mass sports infrastructure in rural communities and estab lish the mass sports service system in rural communities with physical education teachers in a leading position to guide the healthy development of mass sports in new rural communities during the new ur banization in the Central Plains Economic Zone. Conclusion-Personnel training is the foundation of mass sports and funds investment as well as the establishment and improvement of the service system of mass sports are the basic guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of mass sports in ruralcommunities.
