产R-肾上腺素脱氢酶菌种筛选与产酶条件研究

摘    要:以肾上腺酮为底物,在1 300余份土壤中筛选到一株不对称还原肾上腺酮生成R-肾上腺素的菌株S289,产物得率为23.3%,对映体过量值e.e.高达99%,并对其产酶条件进行了研究,使其酶活和比酶活分别提高了168%和230%.

Abstract:A new strain S289 was isolated from soil using corticosterone as the substrate,which can biosynthesize R-adrenalin by asymmetric bioreduction of corticosterone,the yield and the enantiomeric excess of R-adrenalin were 23.3% and 99%.After study of the conditions of dehydrogenase production,the total activity and specific activity were enhanced 168% and 230% respectively.
