肛裂纵切横缝改良术的临床应用

目的观察肛裂纵切横缝改良术的临床疗效。方法将50例Ⅲ期肛裂患者随机分为观察组（纵切横缝改良术治疗）22例，对照组（传统的减张纵切横缝法治疗）28例进行疗效比较。结果做切横缝改良术可进一步减轻缝扎时的精度，对防止术后缝扎组织坏死有明显的改善。结论肛裂纵切横缝改良术明显优于传统术式，值得临床上推广。

Clinical application of improved longitudinal incision and transverse suture in treatment of fissure-in-ano

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of longitudinal incision and transverse suture for anal fissure. Methods： 50 cases with anal fissure of stage Ⅲ were divided into 2 groups at random： the observed group contained 22 cases（by improved operation of longitudinal incision and transverse suture）,and the compared group contained 28 cases （by the conventional method of less tension）.The curative effect of the 2 groups were then compared. Results： The new method could further simplified the suture and avoid postoperative necrosis of the sutured tissues. Conclusions： The improved operation of longitudinal incision and transverse suture for anal fissure is much better than the conventional one.
