摘    要:模具失效是指模具丧失了正常工作能力,不能生产出正品。模具失效的基本形式有断裂与疲劳、塑性变形、磨损、咬合、冷热疲劳等。模具的服役条件有机床精度与刚性、被加工件变形抗力及表面状态、模具预热、锻造温度、润滑条件、冷却条件等。在一定的服役条件下,造成模具失效的关键因素有模具结构、模具机加工质量、模具材料和热处理等。

Abstract:The ineffectiveness of the die set indicates that the die set has lost the normal working ability and can not produce products. Its basic forms are rapture and fatigue, plastic deforming, wearing, holding-on, cold and hot fatigue, etc. The service conditions of the die set are precision and rigidity of machine tool, deforming resistance and surface state of the processed parts, preheating of the die set, forging temperature, lubrication condition and cooling condition, etc. Under the certain conditions, the key factors causing the ineffectiveness of the die set are the structure of the die set, processing quality of the die set, die set materials and heat treatment.
