血栓成因的动力学模型

摘    要:从血栓的动力学方程出发,对血栓的动力学成因进行了研究.结果表明,粘性系数存在一个临界值,当血粘度超过该值时,血栓首先在管壁附近形成,并逐步向中心扩展;对于非线性流体,非线性系数会加剧血栓形成,有时会同时在管壁和中心形成栓塞.而当血粘度低于临界值时,血栓能逐渐化解以至消失.

Abstract:dynamic model for thrombosis is developed. Based on the nonlinear dynamic equations of blood fluid, the roles of the viscosity, the nonlinear coefficient and the boundary in the process of thrombosis are studied respectively. The results show that thrombus can form when the viscosity factor is greater than a critical value and the nonlinear coefficient can speed up the process of thrombosis. However, the thrombus would gradually dissolve if the viscosity factor is smaller than the critical value.
