Thought upon the International Law Issues in Kokang' s August Eight Incident

Kokang＇s August Eight＇ Incident caused a chaotic situation in the region,affected the security and stability of the Sino-Burmese border,impaired some Chinese citizens and legal persons＇ personal and property rights and interests in Myanmar.By analyzing this case,it introduces China＇s handling of the incident,ponders the relation between border inhabitants,refugees and host country and their effect on border security.Meanwhile,it also elaborates the current status of Chinese overseas interest protection and compares alternative protection approaches,which are relevant issues to international law under the g background of globe progression and regional turbulence.
