| 摘 要： | 我国入世后教育服务市场的开放受到WTO《服务贸易总协定》和我国入世文件中对教育服务所作承诺的双重规范和约束。本文对WTO《服务贸易总协定》所确立的教育服务贸易特定规则以及我国对教育服务贸易具体承诺进行了详尽的阐述和分析，最后提出我们应采取相应的措施推动我国教育服务贸易的发展。本文内容分四部分：一、引言；二、WTO《服务贸易总协定》所确立的教育服务贸易规则；三、我国入世文件中的承诺；四、对策和结论。

| Abstract: | The opening of China's market of educational service trade has been regulated and bounded by both the General Agreements on Trade in Services (GATS) and the related commitments in China' s WTO-accession documents since China's accession to WTO. In this article, the specific rules in GATS and our concrete commitments in the WTO-accession documents are expatiated and analyzed in detail, and for promoting the development of China's educational service trade, some appropriate measures we should taken are also proposed in the last part. |
