| Abstract: | With the enrollment expansion of universities and colleges,there are more and more undergraduates who are graduating and facing employment.Enterprises have more and more high expectations for graduates,requesting their professional idea and working experience.This paper attempts to investigate enterprises' requirements for graduates' quality abilities and to seek all approaches of university students' personal professional development. |
