比例方向阀控缸响应速度影响因素实验研究

摘    要:PID控制器是常用的伺服系统控制器,以其作控制器的比例方向阀控缸位置伺系统响应速度的影响因素较多,参数的选择对系统性能影响很大。为此,实验分析影响气动位置伺服PID控制器响应速度的因素,找出各影响因素参数的较好值,在此基础上用PID控制器对位置伺服进行控制。实验表明,通过正确选用参数,PID可实现快速准确响应。

Abstract:PID is a controller that is often used in servo systemthe factors that influence response velocity of propor-tional directional control valve in Control Cylinder are discussed and the is used to make controller and to have max-imuminfluence of systemcapability.So the thesis analyzed influence of parameters of proportional directional controlvalve in Control Cylinder in pneumatic position servo systemof response velocity through experiment.The better val-ue of those parameters are found based on those,the position servo control are made through PID.The result indi-cates that PID could obtain fast and exact respond through caosen parameters exactly.
