| 摘 要： | 体育与美育是不可分割的,体育运动中包涵着体育美.在参与体育运动的过程中,应该善于运用美的动作、美的旋律、美的造型来培养自身美的思想、美的心灵、美的行为,陶冶情操,发展心智,力求德、智、体、美在自身达到的平衡、完善,促使自己成为立足未来的世纪有竞争能力的合格人才.

| Abstract: | Gym education and esthetics education cannot be divided,and athletic sports include gymnastic Esthetics.In the process of participating athletics sports,we should be good at using the esthetical motion,the esthetical rhythm and the esthetical sculpt,to cultivate the esthetical thinking of your self,the esthetical soul and the esthetical action,to edify the sentiment,to develop thinker,to achieve the balance of virtue,wisdom,gym and esthetics in oneself,to make ourselves to be eligible persons who can find a foothold in the future and can have the ability of competition. |
