寒冷地区平屋顶漏水原因分析及预防措施

摘    要:寒冷地区的平屋顶分漏水型和不漏水型,漏水型的具有漏水顽固、漏点多和漏水具有选择性等特点。根据特点,经过分析,得出了计算屋顶积雪层融化的临界温度的公式,积雪层中雪水渗流和屋面允许水深的公式,进而分析了漏水的水力学、热工和设计等方面的原因。最后,针对原因提出了四点预防措施。

Abstract:In cold regions, the terrace roofs are classified into two type of -water leakage and non - water leakage. According to the properties of water leakage of the terrace roofs, such as obstinate, more leakage points and selectionable, a set of equations are developed by analyses for calculating the critical temperature of melting snow on the roofs and calculating the water infiltration in the snow and the acceptable water depth of the roof, therefore, the factful reasons of the water leakage on the hydreaulics, the thermodynamics, and the design are found and four kinds of preventive measures are proposed against those reasons.
