摘    要:介绍为取得更好的机械性能与经济效益,探讨采用经稀土元素“铈(Ce)”改性的铜钼合金球墨铸铁(经固态相变工艺调质强化后),取代40Cr合金锻钢制造135型高速柴油机斜剖式连杆.

Abstract:For manufacturing connecting level of 135 typed high speed diesel,the author proposes to replace 40 Cr forged steel with a new material-Cu Mo alloy -nodular cast iron by which a better mechanical performance and economic benefit will be ensued. As a pretreatment,this new material is modified by a rare earth element Ce at first,and then is tempered and intensified by solid-state phase change.
