| Abstract: | Polysaccharides,produced from bacteria during its metabolization,not only can protect bacteria themselves,but can be applied in many different areas of industrial production and life.In this review the biosynthesis,separation and purification of microbial polysaccharides,and determination of molecular weight,structure analysis and applications are summarized.At the same time,the prospection of exploiting and utilizing microbial polysaccharides and the problem that must be solved are pointed out. |
