| 摘 要： | 叶面喷施精胺水溶液可以抑制盐胁迫一玉米叶片丙二醛的积累，减少细胞膜透性，延缓叶绿素分解，提高蛋白质含量，增加地上部分与根系的鲜重，干重和株高，表明精胺具有延缓盐胭迫下玉米衰老，促进生长，增强抗盐能力的作用。

| Abstract: | Under Salt Stress,foliar sprays of aqueous spermine inhibited the accumulation of maon dialdehyde (MDA),decreased the permeability of cell membrane,postponed the decomposition of chlorophyll,increased the content of protein in corn leaves,added the fresh weight,dry weight of shoots and roots as well as the height of the plants.These showed that the spermine could postpone the senescence,accelerate the growth and strengthen the ability of Salt resistance of corn under Salt stress. |
