摘    要:提出了一种以基本数学形态学运算为基础的在深度图象中提取尖顶边缘的方法.首先用形态梯度算子处理深度图象,使尖顶边缘包含在图象的凹谷中.然后用形态凹谷检测算子将凹谷检测出来,并在尖顶边缘处形成凸峰.计算凸峰的局部极点,从而得到对应的尖顶边缘点的位置.用实际的深度图象进行了实验,结果证明这种方法快速有效,并且具有良好的抗噪声性能。

Abstract:In this paper,a method for the detection of roof edges in range images is proposed, which is based on basic mathematical morphological operation.First by applying a morphological gradient operator,we have the roof edges contained in the valleys.Then we use the morphological valley detection operator to extract the valleys and get the peaks at the positions of roof edges.The local extrema of peaks are computed,so the corresponding roof edges are detected.The technique has been successfully applied to the real range images,the results show that our scheme is quick,efficient and robust.
