| 摘 要： | 通过对辽宁省近10年吸收外商直接投资的数据分析,指出其中存在规模不够、发展不平衡、来源、分布集中、跨国公司投资较少等6个方面的问题;针对辽宁的产业分布和特点,从承接国际产业转移、以产业集群效应进一步吸引跨国公司投资、促进跨国公司技术溢出、吸引优质中小企业投资等4大方面提出以外资促进辽宁老工业基地改造的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the data analysis of the 10-year direct foreign investment in Liaoning,this paper points out some problems from the aspects of scale,development,source,distribution and investment and presents some measures such as continuing international industrial transfer,further attracting the investment of transnational corporation by industry group effect so as to develop the old industry base in Liaoning. |
