浒苔多糖的提取、提纯和分析

摘    要:通过水提醇沉法提取了浒苔多糖。总结了最优提取条件为:固液比1∶60,90℃,4 h。通过红外分析了特征峰。并测出浒苔粗多糖中总糖含量69.49%,硫酸根含量15.42%,糖醛酸含量为19.51%。最后用纤维素柱和凝胶色谱柱对多糖进行了提纯。

Abstract:The polysaccharides of enteromorpha(EP) were obtained by aqueous extraction-alcohol precipitation technology.The optimum extracting conditions were found and the characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharides were showed from the IR spectroscopy.The EP containes 69.49% carbohydrate,15.42% of sulfate and 19.51% of uronic acids.The EP is purified by Anion-exchange chromatographic and size exclusion chromatography.
