两个天然4-烯烃氧基-2,6-二羟基-3异戊烯基苯乙酮简便有效的合成

摘    要:两个具有抗菌活性的天然产物3和4是从植物Euodia lunuankenola的根皮中分离得到.以2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮为原料,通过苄基保护,托氏保护,脱苄基,烃基化,烯丙基化,脱托氏六反应,分别以10.6%和10.1%的总收率全合成.

Abstract:4-alkenyloxy - 2,6-dihydroxy- 3- isopentenylacetophenones 3 and 4, two natural products isolated from the stem bark of Evodia lunuankenola with antimicrobial activity, have been synthesized starting from 2,4,6-trihydroxylacetonphenone in six steps including benzoylation, tosylation, debenzylation, C-prenylation, allylation and detoluensulfonylation, and total yield 10.61% and 10.1%.
