摘    要:采用观察法和光纤探针信号识别流型,对水平管内气液两相环状流形成机理进行了实验研究,提出用表示气液两相惯性力之比无量纲准则数K和液相韦伯数来关联实验数据,得到了分层流和间歇流向环状流转变的准则关系式.结果表明。环状流可分别由分层流和间歇流转化而成,但其转化机理各不相同.分层流转化为环状流是帆船机理与二次流机理共同作用的结果,而间歇流转化为环状流则是气相对液相的冲穿机理作用的结果.计算结果和实验结果符合良好.

Abstract:Flow patterns were studied by observation and signals of optical probe. The annular flow can be transformed from stratified flow and intermittent flow, and they have different transitional mechanisms. This paper proposed that the transition from stratified flow to annular is the combined effects of sailing boat mechanism and secondary flow mechanism, and the transition from intermittent flow to annular flow is the breakthrough mechanism. A new criterion number K and liquid phase Weber number were introduced to correlate the experimental data, and two transitional correlations were obtained. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
