纳米NaX分子筛的合成研究

摘    要:报道了以商品化的硅溶胶和硫酸铝作为反应原料,水热静态合成法制备纳米NaX分子筛的方法,系统地研究了制备条件对分子筛粒度的影响。实验中发现原料配比、导向剂的加入、盐效应、晶化温度等是纳米NaX分子筛合成的关键因素。通过优化合成参数,在较高碱度下,利用盐效应方便地合成出了100 ̄200nm的超细NaX分子筛,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对反应产物进行了表征。

Synthesis of zeolite X nanocrystals

Abstract:In this study, we developed a simple static state hydrothermal technique for the production of zeolite X nanocrystals using commercial silica sol and Al2(SO4)3 as raw materials. The influence of the synthetic conditions on the particle size of zeolite X are disussed systematically. It has been found by the experiments that crude material ratio , Precursor Solutions,salt effect , and crystallization temperature are all key parameters in the synthesis of Ultrafine zeolite X. The products were characterized by the X - ray diffraction (XRD) and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM),the results show that zeolite X powder with granularity of 100~200nm in intact crystal shape can be obtained.
