井式炉的模糊控制技术

摘    要:结合模糊控制和PID控制的原理和特点,采用“模糊-PID”复合控制方案实现对热处理井式炉炉温的控制,同时对控制器的硬件、软件进行了合理的设计,使控制系统具有更好的动静态特性。运行表明控制系统的工作稳定可靠、温度控制精确,响应速度快、超调量小、温升时间短,取得良好的控制效果。

Abstract:Combined with the principles and characteristics of fuzzy control and PID control , using "fuzzy - PID" complex control scheme for the realization of Pit heat treatment furnace temperature control, at the same time, this paper has also advanced rational design for hardware and software of the controller so that the control system has better static and dynamic characteristics. It has proved that this control system is stable and reliable, temperature control precise, response fast, overshoot small temperature rising time shorter, which has achieved a good result in running.
