| 摘 要： | 采用访谈法和文献资料法，对内蒙古竞技体育后备人才培养体制进行了调查研究．内蒙古竞技体育应重视培育后备人才市场，建立多种培养体制并存、多元开放的后备人才培养模式；要以人为本。提高教练员的执教能力，提高训练的科学化水平，提高运动员的文化素质．

| Abstract: | By aid of literature and visit, training system of reserve talents of athletic sport in Inner Mongolia was analyzed. Fostering of reserve talents market and the building of pluralistic mode in training reserve talents should be stressed on in Inner Mongolia. The development of athletic sport in Inner Mongolia should be based on human-oriented, coach improvement, scientific training and cultural quality of the athletes. |
