| 摘 要： | 某商品楼刚竣工就发现底层框架基础梁、主梁开裂，通过对建筑物倾斜观测，上部结构布置、连接构造及底层框架构件截面等检测及结构鉴定，发现该结构存在严重质量问题，并分析了产生问题的原因，还针对性地提出了加固建议，可为以后处理同类型的建筑质量问题提供参考．

| Abstract: | The crack had been discovered under the frame foundation beam and the main beam of a commodity house when the building work was completed.Based on the observations of tilting,the examination of superstructure and connection structure and component section,there are serious quality problems about the building.Finally the author put forward some proposals after the analysis of reason of the problem.Some suggestions should be given a reference to the same type of building with the same quality problems. |
