影响我国退役运动员再就业成因分析

我国现阶段处于经济体制转型时期,整体就业形势严峻,国家的政策性安置变得困难.一些优秀的运动员退役后出现就业难,基本生活得不到保障,这在一定程度上影响着我国竞技体育的发展.本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对现有体制下我国退役运动员的生存问题进行了探讨,并围绕我国的竞技体育体制、运动员退役后的保障制度和运动员自身素质等多方面进行了分析研究.

An Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Re-employment of Retired Chinese Athletes

Now our country is in an economic transformation period, the employment situation is severe, and the implementation of the state's relative settlement policy becomes difficult. Under such circumstances, some excellent athletes are faced with re-employment problems when they get retired, and their basic necessities may not even be secured, which has a negative effect on the development of China's athletics. This article, by using literature and logic analysis, discusses the survival issue of Chinese retired athletes under current system, and makes multiple researches into China's athletic sports system and, the retirement protection system, and other issues including the improvement of the athletes' qualifies.
