| 摘 要： | 目的：观察蒙药协日嘎-4片的利尿作用.方法：运用大鼠钟罩法和小鼠滤纸称重法,观察尿量、排尿次数并做尿液分析.结果：蒙药协日嘎-4片明显增加大鼠和小鼠排尿量和排尿次数.结论：蒙药协日嘎-4片有明显的利尿作用而且对尿液成份没有影响.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigte the diuretic action of Mongolian drug Xieriga-4 tablet.Methods： The diuretic action was invstigated by the method of bell-cover test in rats and filter paper test in mice,observed the amount and frequency of urine and analyzed urine.Results：Xieriga-4 tablet could obviously increase the amount and frequency of urine for mouse and rat.Conclusion：Xieriga-4 tablet has obvious diuretic action and has no effect on urine composition. |
