| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of the patent protection in China and foreign countries, expounds the significance of establishing the patent protection system in Taiyuan City, advances eight suggestions on establishing the patent protection system in Taiyuan City, which provide some references for the decision making of some relevant departments. |
