| 摘 要： | 采用介观结构中一维量子波导理论,在给定节点处波函数的边界条件情况下,研究了内含两个气泡介观环结构的电子输运特性.结果表明电子的透射系数随外环半长及两个气泡半周长的改变均做周期性振荡.

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on one-dimensional quantum waveguide theory for mesoscopic structures and the boundary conditions of the wave function at an intersection,the transport properties of electron in mesoscopic ring including two bubbles are discussed.We found that the transmission of electrons oscillates periodically with the change of ring's half length or two bubbles' half circumferences. |
