摘    要:针对实际轧机控制中存在的不确定因素以及厚度闭环控制系统中含有纯滞后环节,采用基于Smith预估器的H2鲁棒控制.考虑模型失配、时滞大小等因素,进行仿真,比较控制性能,以期对含有大时滞对象的控制起到方法上的指导作用.结果表明,将其用在冷轧AGC中具有快的响应、小的超调量和较好的鲁棒稳定性.

Abstract:H2 robust control based on Smith predictor was adopted to solve the uncertain factors in actual rolling mill control and the variation of long-time delay of thickness close-loop control. These factors such as the mismatch of model amd the length of delay time were considered and simulation was done in order to compare control performance and give direction for the control method of long-time delay system. The result indicates that it has such traits as quick response, small overshoot and good robust stability when it is applied in cold-rolling AGC.
