| 摘 要： | 笔者作为2007至2008年赴菲汉语教师志愿者领队,针对赴菲汉语志愿者思想状况特点,围绕着“以人为本”和人的全面发展的核心价值观来开展工作,加强青年志愿者的理想信念教育,全心全意为青年志愿者服务,重视心理健康教育等,对于海外志愿者教育和管理,创造和谐的海外工作环境具有重要的现实意义。

Constructing a Harmonious Human-oriented Overseas' Environment:a Study of Volunteer Chinese Language Teaching in Philippines |

| Abstract: | As the supervisor of the volunteer Chinese language teachers in the Philippines from the year 2007 to 2008, the author works according to the differentiated mental states of the volunteers, upholding the core value of ＂people oriented＂ and an all-round development, strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs, serving them whole-heartedly, attaching great importance to the mental-health education. All above-mentioned has a signieant practical meaning in both educating and managing the overseas volunteers and creating a harmonious working environment abroad. |
