浅议积极课堂环境中教师的引导作用

创设积极的课堂环境，教师的引导作用不可或缺。通过教师增强亲和力及建立温暖的学习场所，使学生在课堂内有情绪的安全感；通过给学生提供学习的选择机会、采用学生主导的学习活动、加强学生的自我反思，来提高学生在课堂上的权力和自由，使学生的个性得到张扬、创新能力得到培养。积极课堂环境建设不能放任自流，需要建立人性化的自我约束机制。

With the loving kindness of teachers and the warm environment for learning, the students will feel an emotional security. The opportunities for self-decision on learning subjects, self-oriented learning activities and independent thinking should be provided, so that each student will be able to develop a distinctive personality and cultivate a unique creativity. A class of activeness and freedom is essential, but the freedom should not be abused. A measure of self-discipline has to be established.
