| 摘 要： | 在对国内外科技投入和产出绩效研究进行简要评述的基础上,运用数据包络分析与主成分分析相结合的研究方法,从时间尺度、企业类型、行业类别三个层面上分别对上海市科技投入和产出绩效进行了定量评价和分析,旨在为上海进一步推进科教兴市战略提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | Based on the review of performance study of scientific and technological input-output at in land and abroad,its existing performance from three different levels by applied date envelopment analysis and principal component analysis is analyzed and evaluated,which provide reference basis for further promoting the strategy of enhancing Shanghai by means of science and technology and education. |
