| Abstract: | This paper introduces two aspects of fiscal expenditure structure and the conditions of the adjustment and variation for the fiscal expenditure structure,in the light of the problems existing in Chinese current fiscal expenditure structure,advances the measure for adjusting and optimizing the fiscal expenditure structure according to the people-based concept. |
