| 摘 要： | 本文分析86例老年肺结核,并与74例青年对照组相比较,其临床特征如下:(1)病程长,复治病例多;(2)临床表现不典型,并发症多,易误诊;(3)肺结核病灶广泛,空洞型病变多;(4)治疗效果差,病死率高。

| Abstract: | The 86 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in the aged were analyzed in this paper,Their clinical characteristics compared with the young patient group are as follows:(1)The course is longer and the cases of retreatment are more.(2)Because of the atypical clinical findings and more complication the disease is apt to be misdiagnosed.(3)There are extensive focuses of pulmonary tuberculosis and higher incidence of cavition focuses.(4)The therapeutic result is less marked and fatality rate is higher. |
