空间滚动轴承预载能动可调技术研究

摘    要:滚动轴承是航天器及其有效载荷转动部件的关键部件,其工作时需要加载一定的轴向预紧力。但空间复杂工况对轴承实际应用的选择提出了可调预载的要求。提出一种可在轨调节航天轴承预紧力的方法,可同时满足发射时高预紧力和在轨工作时低预紧力的要求,可有效提高轴承在轨工作寿命。

Abstract:The rolling bearing is the key element of the space mechanical moving components, which is usually preloaded by application of a pre - selected internal axial load. But the need of the adjustable bearing preload is required due to the multiform load cases in the bearing service life. This paper describes a way to modify bearing preload in - orbit, which can provided hard preload for launch and soft preload in flight to achieve long lifetime of rolling bearing.
