摘    要:以优化乳酸菌固体发酵配方试验为例,选用L18(37)正交表,运用直观分析和方差分析给出试验的优选方向和估测最佳组合.

Abstract:Taking the experiments of test on compounding of optimization of solid fermentation of lactic acid bacteria as an example,the direct of optimizing experiments and best combination were obtained with L18(37)orthogonal table.
