摘    要:在建设工程项目管理中,施工周期和项目成本的综合均衡管控是项目调度管理的最重要内容之一。然而,实际中两者的关系即相互关联又矛盾对立,任一目标的优化必然以弱化另一目标为代价。因此,工程项目调度管理问题是一类组合优化问题。为此本文提出了一种基于遗传算法的多目标优化建设项目调度模型。模型为项目管理者制定和评估工程完成最佳时间和成本最小化的的工程施工进度计划。计算模型主要分为三个模块:开发实用的建设项目进程调度模块;计算项目成本的管控模块;多目标搜索和识别项目时间和成本之间最优或接近最优解的权衡模块。最后,应用该模型分析了一个应用实例,并证明了模型的有效性,为项目管理者提供理论参考。

Research on Project Scheduling Based on Multi-objective Optimization of Genetic Algorithms

Abstract:In the construction project management, the comprehensive balanced management and control of project cycle, quality, cost and other objectives is one of the most important contents of project scheduling management. However, these three relationships are interrelated and contradictory, and the optimization of any goal must be at the cost of weakening other goals. Therefore, project scheduling management is a kind of combinatorial optimization problem. In this paper, a multi-objective optimal construction project scheduling model based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The model generates and evaluates the best construction schedule for the project manager with the minimum time and cost to complete the project and the best quality of the project. The computational model is mainly divided into three modules: developing practical scheduling module of construction project schedule; controlling module of calculating project cost; module of multi-objective search and identification of optimal/near optimal trade-off between project time and cost. Finally, an application example of the model is analyzed, and the validity of the model is proved, which provides a theoretical reference for project managers.
