| 摘 要： | 通过研究世界杰出科学家的Web of Science(WoS)发文规律,从评价结果的角度反观SCI论文在人才学术评价中的适用性及其合理应用,依据研究结果,对高校图书馆在不唯SCI形势下,设立专门服务窗口、多部门通力合作、改革创新服务内容、信息素养教育及时跟进等多措并举的创新服务发展模式进行了探索.
