| Abstract: | The theory of government by virture is an important part of Confucian ethical thought.The main idea and modern value of Confucian theory of government by virtue were discussed by Confucian emphasis on government by virtue, understanding of government, advocation of certain administrative virtues,as well as Confucian theory of the accomplishment of administrative virtues. |
