摘    要:探讨舞狮运动的生理负荷特征及其对男大学生免疫机能的影响.测定了10名舞狮运动员一次套路演练中HR的变化、演练前后和6个月训练前后外周血清中NK细胞、T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、白细胞分类计数的变化.结果显示:受试者一次套路演练后WBC、Neut%及NK%升高(P<0.05);6个月训练后WBC、lgG、NK%(P<0.01)、Neut%及CD4+T/CD8+T升高(P<0.05),Lym%、Mxd%下降(P<0.01),与对照组同期数据相比,除Mxd%、Neut%外均具显著差异性(P<0.05或0.01).表明舞狮运动是一项大中强度间歇性的有氧运动,有助于提高大学生免疫机能.

Abstract:Discussing the characteristics of physiological load in Lion Dancing and the effects of Lion Dance on immune function of the dancers.Measured 10 Lion dancers′HR changing in a performance.Also measured 10 Lion dancers′NK,T-lymphocyte subsets,serum IgG,IgM,IgA and their′ Leukocyte classification count before and after a performance,and measured these indicators before and afte 6 months training.Results showed that after a lion dance,dancers′WBC,Neut%,NK%,remarkable rising(P<0.05);after 6 months training,dancers′WBC,IgG,NK%,remarkable rising(P<0.01);Neut%,CD4+T/CD8+ also rising(P<0.05);but Lym%、Mxd% gradually dropping(P<0.01),compared to the control group have the significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01),except Mxd% and Neut%.The results indicated that the lion dance was a sort of intermittent,heavy and moderate load aerobic exercise,which can improve the immunity function.
