并联谐振中频电源的节能降耗与谐波抑制

摘    要:针对三相整流并联谐振中频电炉能耗较高、谐波电流含量多的问题,采用双电源供电方式,提高逆变器输出电压,降低感应圈电流损耗,进而有效减少了中频炉对电网的谐波污染.在此基础上,为提高触发信号的对称度、齐整度,对电源控制电路做了改进设计.最终通过对某铸造企业中频炉的节能改造试验,证明节能效果非常明显.

Abstract:For the high energy consumption and content of harmonic of three-phase rectifier parallel resonant frequency electric furnace,double power supply was adopted to increase the inverter output voltage and reduce the induction coil current loss.And the harmonic pollution of intermediate frequency furnace for grid can be reduced effectively.In order to make triggered signals be more accurate,the improved circuit design was given.Field test analysis shows that energy saving effect is very outstanding.
