摘    要:亚硫酸盐在碱性条件下,产生化学发光,罗丹明6G可起增敏作用,在优化的实验条件下,亚硫酸盐的测定范围为0.05-2μg/mL,检出限为0.04μg/mL,对0.5μg/mL的亚硫酸盐进行11次测定,其RSD为2.1%。将本法用于酒中亚硫酸盐测定。结果令人满意。

Abstract:A chemiluminescence(CL)flow system is described for the determination of sulfite based on thechemiluminescence( CL)emission produced upon mixing a sulfite solution with an alkaline luminol solution sensitized by rhodamine 6G. The system responds linearly to sulfite concentration in the range 0.05 - 2 μg/mL with adetection limit ( 3 σ ) of 0.04 μg/mL and relative standard deviation ( RSD ) of 2.1% for 0.5 μg/mL sulfite ( n =11 ). The system has been successfully applied to the determination of total sulfite in wines.
