数控车床主轴部件有限元分析及其验证

摘    要:研究了主轴部件有限元动力学分析模型的建立方法,分析得到弹簧阻尼单元沿圆周方向布置角度的变化,对有限元分析结果影响很小,因此采用沿圆周方向均匀布置的弹簧阻尼单元模拟建立主轴支承模型的方法,确定了建立较为合理的分析模型.以沈阳第一机床厂生产的CKS6125数控车床为研究对象,对主轴部件进行动力学仿真分析.通过机床主轴部件动态性能试验,验证了有限元分析模型可行性和分析结果可信性.

Abstract:How to develop an FEA-based dynamic model of spindle assembly was investigated.
