晋阳湖硅藻之研究

1987年4月到1988年1月,在湖中5个采样断面作了6次浮游硅藻的采集,研究结果,计有20个属和106个种、变种和变型。冬春季以尖针杆藻Synedra acus、夏秋季以模糊沟链藻Aulacosira ambigua为主要优势种;对眼斑小环藻Cyclotella ocellata作了扫描电镜研究,对其形态学特征有新的发现,对冠盘藻属Stephanodiscus的4个分类单元也作了电镜和光学镜的比较观察,提出了光学镜下可见的主要区别特征;对双菱藻属Surirella中羽纹组Pinnatae group的分类进行讨论。

STUDY ON DIATOMS OF JIN YANG LAKE

From April, 1987 to January, 1988, planktonic diatoms were collected at five sampling stations in Jin Yang Lake for six times. By taxonomic study, 106 species, varieties and forms of 20 genera were noted. Dominant species were mainly Synedra acus in spring and winter and Aulacosira ambigua in summer and autumn. Under scanning electron microscopic, Cyclotella ocellata was studied and its new morphological characteristic was discovered; 4 taxa of Stephanodiscus were observed in comparision of each other under light and scanning electron microscopic, and their main visible differences under light microscopic were recorded. The taxonomy of the pinnatae group in Surirella is discussed.
