离子液体双水相萃取测定卷烟烟气中酚类物质的研究

摘    要:建立了卷烟烟气中邻-苯二酚、间-苯二酚、对-苯二酚、苯酚、邻-甲酚、间-甲酚和对-甲酚几种酚类物质的高效液相色谱检测方法.用25%的乙醇水溶液对卷烟样品进行超声提取,再经离子液体双水相分离富集,用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-FLD)测定.该方法的富集倍数可以达到20倍,整个操作过程在常温下进行,时间不超过15 min.实验结果表明,在0.02~20 ng/L范围内,几种酚类物质的峰面积均与其质量浓度呈线性相关,R2≥0.999 6,检出限分别为0.06,5.2,1.2,5.3,0.03,0.04 ng/L,相对标准偏差为1.4%~4.6%,回收率为85.1%~96.9%.该方法具有良好的重现性、精密度和更低的检测限.

Abstract:A method was established by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-FLD) for determination of catechol,resorcinol,hydroquinone,phenol,o-cresol and (p+m)-cresol in flavor.The samples were enriched by two aqueous phase extraction(TAPS) of ionic liquid and then detected by high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD).The enrichment factor of the method up to 20 and the whole operation process less than 15 min.In the range of 0.02—20 ng/mL,there was a good correlation (R2≥0.999 6) between the peak area and concentration of catechol,resorcinol,hydroquinone,phenol,o-cresol and (p+m)-cresol.The detection limits of phenols were 0.06,5.2,1.2,5.3,0.03 ng/L and 0.04 ng/L respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.4%—4.6% and the recoveries were 85.1%—96.9%.Compared with the previous methods,this method has good reproducibility,precision and lower detection limit.
