摘    要:介绍了使用高纯石墨旋转电极对人造聚晶金刚石放电加工的机理;机床的组成、螺旋进给装置、控制原理;技术上的创新之处以及机床的工作范围和主要特征。

Abstract:This paper introduces the electrical discharge machining mechanism of synthetic polycrystalline diamond (PCD) using high pure graphite electrode, the construction of the mechine tool, the helical servofeed device, the control principle, the innovation in design technology, work range,and its characteristics.
